Privacy Policy
How Next Wave Solutions collects, uses, protects and respects personal data.
Transparent by design
A plain-language explanation of the limited data this website handles and the choices available to you.
Effective 4 October 2026
DPDP readiness
India's DPDP Act and Rules use a phased commencement schedule. This policy is designed around the principles of clear notice, purpose limitation, data minimisation, security, limited retention and accessible grievance handling. Where a provision is not yet in force, we aim to follow the same standard as an internal privacy practice.
Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy explains how Next Wave Solutions ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us about a project, or otherwise communicate with us in connection with our software, design and digital services.
For personal data for which we decide the purpose and means of processing, Next Wave Solutions acts as the Data Fiduciary. A separate client agreement may apply where we process personal data on behalf of a client.
Personal data we collect
Information you choose to share. When you contact us through WhatsApp or another direct channel, we may receive your name, phone number, company, project requirements, message content, attachments and any other information you provide.
Basic technical information. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically process information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs.
As of the effective date, this website does not operate a contact form, user accounts, payment checkout, advertising trackers or analytics tools, and we do not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, provide an appropriate notice or consent choice.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data only for lawful, specific business purposes, including to:
- respond to enquiries and understand the product or service you need;
- prepare proposals, estimates and statements of work;
- deliver, support and improve agreed services;
- operate, protect, debug and maintain the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents; and
- meet legal, accounting, contractual or regulatory requirements.
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data with your consent or for another use permitted by applicable law. We will not use data for a new incompatible purpose without giving the notice or obtaining the consent required by law.
When data is shared
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share the minimum data necessary with hosting, infrastructure, cloud, communication or professional-service providers that help us operate our website and business; with a client-authorised project team; or with authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
If you choose the WhatsApp contact link, your communication is handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy terms. The website also streams visual media from a CloudFront content-delivery domain and contains links to customer websites. Those third parties independently control their services and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with law. The period will vary with the nature of the enquiry or engagement.
When data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to legal, security, backup and record-keeping requirements.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
Some service providers may process data outside India. Where applicable, we will use providers and safeguards consistent with Indian law and any government restrictions on cross-border transfers.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its commencement schedule, you may ask for a summary of personal data being processed and relevant sharing, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer needed, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. The DPDP framework also provides for nomination of another individual to exercise rights in specified circumstances.
To make a request, use our contact page or message our Privacy & Grievance Contact on WhatsApp at +91 97804 59579. Please describe your request and the communication or project it concerns. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before acting.
If you withdraw consent, it will not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We may retain information where another lawful ground or legal obligation applies.
Children’s data
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may revise this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
For privacy questions, complaints or requests, contact Privacy & Grievance Contact, Next Wave Solutions through our contact page or WhatsApp at +91 97804 59579.
